          Set Up Sharing Settings for Assessments on Experience Cloud Sites

          Create a sharing rule that gives guest users access to Omnistudio processes. Create a sharing set that gives authenticated users access to assessment objects.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud Customer Community or Health Cloud Customer Community Plus license.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create sharing rules: Manage Sharing
             
          1. Give guest users access to the Omnistudio processes required to complete assessments.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
            2. From the Manage sharing settings for dropdown list, select Omni Processes.
            3. Next to Omni Process Sharing Rules, click New.
            4. Enter a label such as OmniProcess Guest User Role.
            5. For the Rule Type, select Guest user access, based on criteria.
            6. In the Criteria section, select the Field as Active, the Operator as equals, and the Value as True.
            7. In the Select the users to share with section, select the Omnistudio guest user profile.
            8. In the Select the level of access for the users, select Read Only.
            9. Save your changes.
          2. Give authenticated users access to the assessment objects required to complete assessments.
            1. From Setup, enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then select Settings.
            2. In the Sharing Sets related list, click New.
            3. Enter a label such as Assessment Objects for Authenticated Users.
            4. Select the profile you created for authenticated users on Experience Cloud sites. If you haven’t already created this profile, see Configure Assessment Access for Authenticated Users.
            5. Select the Assessment and Assessment Envelope objects.
            6. Configure Read Only access for each object.
            7. Save your changes.
