To show external users on an Experience Cloud site the assessments assigned to them,
create the necessary profile, permissions, and object access. When patients complete
assessments at their convenience, healthcare practitioners can focus on providing care and
minimize the time spent on gathering information.
Required Editions

Health Cloud and Health Cloud Customer Community or Health Cloud
Customer Community Plus license.
Patients who access Experience Cloud sites as authenticated users have a complete view of
their assessments. They can easily start assessments on their To Do list and review the
assessments they’ve completed. Filters help patients zero in on specific assessments
based on name and date.
Guest users can view the contents of a single assessment envelope at a time. When you
create an Experience Cloud site, Salesforce creates a profile, a user record, and
sharing mechanisms that are available only to guest users. All guest visitors to a
public site share the same guest user record (one per site) and have the same access
level. For this reason, be careful and thoughtful about the data you want to share with
guest users.
Configure External User Assessments Turn on external user assessments, and then select the customized Send Assessment Email template flow to use to send assessment notifications to patients. Select the default expiration date for the assessment envelopes.
Configure Assessment Access for Authenticated Users Create a profile and user record for external users who log in to an Experience Cloud site and access assessments. Then create and assign the permissions required to access assessments.
