            Track Assessment History

            To gain a better understanding of a person’s performance and progress, track assessment history. You can see details such as submitted date, user, and score trends using the Assessment History component.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To use assessments: Industries Assessments permission set license
            1. Open an assessment record and navigate to the Assessment History component.
            2. Select the start date and end date. The component displays the assessment attempts submitted within this period.
            3. Select the score type and the order in which you want the assessments to appear.
            4. Click Search.

            The component displays a graph and table showing the assessment history based on the selected filters.
