            Track Assessment Questions Score Changes

            Get detailed insights into a person’s responses by using the Assessment Questions component to track changes in each assessment question score.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To use assessments: Industries Assessments permission set license
            1. Open an assessment record and navigate to the Assessment Questions component.
            2. Select the start date and end date.
              The component displays a list of assessment questions with icons indicating score changes for each question.
            3. Expand each question to view a graph and table showing the question scores for each assessment attempt submitted within the specified period.
