After you register a healthcare device, create a shipping request to get the device to
the patient.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
On the patient’s account page, click Register Device and Create Shipping
Request.
Select the products that represent the device types to ship to the patient and click
Next.
Add shipping information for the devices to ship.
Click the Create Shipping Request tab.
Click Edit next to Quantity.
Add the shipping information and click Save Shipping Info.
Save your changes.
