          Confirm Bed Availability for Referral Requests

          Ensure that clients receive timely care by confirming the availability of requested beds in care facilities for referrals.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app: Manage Crisis Support Center Management App

          Confirm the availability of a requested bed in your org manually if a facility admin hasn’t confirmed it on the Experience site.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Clinical Service Requests.
          2. In the Clinical Service Requests list view page, click dropdown arrow for the referral request you want to confirm.
          3. Click Confirm Bed Availability.
          4. Confirm if the requested bed for the referral is available by selecting either Yes or No.
          5. Enter any comments you have.
          6. Click Submit.

          If you selected Yes to confirm bed availability, the referral request status changes to Completed. If you selected No to confirm that the requested bed isn’t available for a client, the referral request status changes to Revoked.
