          Update Bed Availability in Care Facilities

          Ensure you have up-to-date, reliable data in your org by updating the available bed count in care facilities. Updating bed availability is an important task as it helps you keep track of different bed types in each facility. You can confidently refer clients to the right facilities that can provide the support and services they need.

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app: Manage Crisis Support Center Management App

          Update bed availability in your org manually if a facility admin hasn’t updated it on the Experience site.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Care Facility Beds.
          2. In the Care Facility Beds list view page, click dropdown arrow for the bed you want to update.
          3. Click Update Bed Availability.
          4. Update the total bed capacity, available bed capacity, or both.
          5. Click Submit.
