Process Multiple Lab Reports for Disease Investigation
Upload your lab report PDFs to a designated folder for automated batch extraction.
Review and update the extracted information on the Document Extraction Request object to ensure
accuracy and correct mapping to Health Cloud objects.

User Permissions Needed
To use Batch Document AI for Health:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
AND
Data Cloud User permission set
AND
Disease Surveillance permission set
AND
Document AI permission set
AND
Health Cloud AI Assistive Agent permission set
From the App Launcher, find and select Files.
Select the folder designated for batch lab report processing.
The folder where you can upload the documents for processing is created by your Salesforce
admin. If you can’t find the folder, contact your admin.
Upload your lab report PDFs to the folder.
The system runs automatically at scheduled intervals, and processes the files.
You can review the extracted details on the Document Extraction Request object.
