Display Remote Monitoring Charts on the Patient Account Page
Charts that show biometric data and health metrics such as heart rate, blood pressure,
or blood glucose levels help care coordinators track patient health. Add the Remote Charting
Component to the account page and verify field level security on health metric fields so care
coordinators can see relevant patient data.
