          As a care coordinator or healthcare provider, improve patient engagement and healthcare outcomes by sending timely and personalized health-related communications to patients. Use the built-in Draft Patient Assessment Email prompt template that’s available on the patient account record page to create a rich-text email message that lists a patient's pending assessments. The email also includes the potential benefits of completing the assessments on time. This AI-generated solution sifts through vast medical content in a short time and presents the assessment information in a concise and consistent format for your patients.

          User Permissions Needed
          To create a patient assessment email:

          Health Cloud Foundation permission set

          AND

          Einstein for Service Innovations permission set

          AND

          Manage Health Cloud user permission

          Important

          1. Go to the patient’s person account record page.
          2. In the Einstein Summary section, click Got It.
            Note
            Note You see the Got It button only the first time you access the Einstein Summary section.
          3. Select Draft Patient Assessment Email and click Generate.
            Einstein analyzes your request and creates an email that lists all of a patient's open assessments along with the potential benefits of completing them on time.

            Einstein creates the patient assessment email based on the source information available in the patient records. If the relevant source information isn’t available, Einstein skips such details when generating the content.

          Use the Copy button to copy the generated email, customize it as per your needs, and then send it to the patient for their perusal.
