Summarize Provider Information with Einstein

As a payer or a provider, streamline the management of provider networks and relationships by using the built-in Summarize Provider Information prompt template on the provider record page. This AI-powered summarization process scans through a massive volume of provider data and creates a rich-text summary of a provider covering education, professional experience, accreditation, accepted insurance, practicing facilities, and more. Get critical provider information in a concise and accessible format while reducing the burden of information overload and achieving more efficient daily operations.

User Permissions Needed
To summarize provider information:	Health Cloud Foundation permission set AND Einstein for Service Innovations permission set

Important This tool uses generative AI, which is known to include inaccurate or harmful responses. Before using the generated summary, review the output for accuracy and safety. You assume responsibility for the output when creating the summary.

1. Go to the provider’s record page.
   Depending on your org’s configuration, go to either the provider’s Account page or Contact page.
2. In the Einstein Summary section, click Got It.
   

   Note You see the Got It button only the first time you access the Einstein Summary section.
3. Select Summarize Provider Information and click Generate.
   Einstein analyzes your request and summarizes the provider information. You see the provider information such as education, professional experience, accreditation, accepted insurance, practicing facilities, certifications, specialties, languages spoken, and any additional Information.

   Einstein summarizes the provider information based on the source information available in the provider records. If the relevant source information isn’t available, Einstein skips such details when generating the summary.

Use the Copy button to copy the summarized provider information for further use and reference.
