Administer Medications to Patients During Home Visits

Administer Medications to Patients During Home Visits

As a clinician, improve patient safety, medication adherence, and health outcomes by administering medication effectively. When a patient’s care service routine requires you to administer medication, you see the task listed under the home visit in the Field Service Mobile app. Use the app to specify the medication details and track the task completion for future reference.
