View Patient Home Healthcare Summary and Service Recommendations
Use Agentforce to get a timely, rich-text summary of a patient’s complete profile and history without navigating multiple pages and tabs. Improve productivity, patient engagement, and home healthcare outcomes with personalized health-related recommendations for patients.

Do one of the following.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health. On the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Voice Calls, and select the voice call of the patient.
- Open the Agentforce panel and select the agent for Home Health if it isn't selected by default.

Click Summarize Patient Home Healthcare Details. If you're on
the Voice Call record page, the agent might ask you to provide the patient account name as
an additional input.
Agentforce analyzes your request and summarizes the patient details. You see patient medical information such as present health issues, medical history, allergies, vaccination, and care assessment and patient home healthcare information such as opportunities, clinical service requests, and member plans.
Note By default, you see the patient summary for the past six months. To see data for a particular time period within six months, provide specific instructions to the agent. -
Click Get Recommendations for Patient Home Healthcare. If you're
on the Voice Call record page, the agent might ask you to provide the patient account name
as an additional input.
Agentforce shows a list of recommended services and related services for the patient based on the patient's medical information and the data library that's set up by your Salesforce admin.
