            Get Additional Benefits and Quotes for Home Visit Budgeting

            As a care coordinator, use the customized budgeting process that your home health agency adopts to get a list of the additional benefits and quotes for patients from invoices or other expenses. Promote accurate and detailed financial management by including these items in the final budget for home visits before you send the document for the patient's approval. Your home health agency gains flexibility, visibility, and greater control over the home visit budget by customizing the overall budgeting process according to their unique business needs.

            To get additional benefits and quotes: Home Health Quote

            You can manage additional benefits and quotes from other sources only if your home health agency supports a custom budgeting process. Also, the location of the user interface where you can manage additional budgets and quotes depends on how your Salesforce admin configures your org. If you face any issues, contact your Salesforce admin.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
            2. On the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
            3. On the Budget tab, in the Budget Calculator section, select a start date and an end date.
            4. If necessary, enter one or more member plans of the patient.
            5. Click Get Benefits and Quotes.
              The Benefits and Quotes sections list the patient's benefits and quotes, respectively, for the selected period and member plans.
            6. To get the patient's additional benefits and quotes apart from the ones associated with member plans, click Get Additional Benefits and Get Additional Quotes.
              If you can't find the buttons, contact your Salesforce admin.

            The Benefits and Quotes sections list the patient's additional benefits and quotes, respectively, depending on how your home health agency has configured the custom budget process.
