As a patient, raise a request to cancel an upcoming home visit if you can’t make it to
the visit on the scheduled date. Home Health’s patient portal provides a quick and effective way
to cancel visits, reducing patient no-shows and minimizing manual errors involved in cancellations
over a call. By raising cancellation requests on time, you also help your home health agency to
efficiently utilize their care resources for other patients.
