Care resources can perform home visits in the field using Home Health in the Field
Service mobile app. You can see what visits you’re scheduled for, get directions to the visit
location, and see the lists of tasks you have to complete for the visit. And if you have the right
permissions, you can even see the patient’s clinical data.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, the
Home Health Add-on license, and the Field Service mobile app
User Permissions Needed
To perform visits in the field:
Home Health Clinician or Home Health Caregiver
To see a patient’s clinical data:
Home Health Clinician
You must have the Field Service mobile app installed on your device.
Open the Field Service mobile app.
Tap a visit on the Schedule tab and see its details.
To see the patient’s clinical data and preferences, tap Actions and
select Patient Details.
Go to the Home Visit Plans tab and complete the tasks for the visit.
Once you’ve completed all your tasks, generate the visit report by tapping
Actions and selecting Create Service
Report.
