          Review Patient Benefits and Quotes for Home Visits

          As a care coordinator, review the patient's benefit and quote information for accurate budget calculation. Make the required changes before you send the budget document for your patient's approval.

          To review benefits and quotes: Home Health Quote

          The location of the user interface where you can manage budgets and quotes depends on how your Salesforce admin configures your org. If you can’t find the user interface, ask your Salesforce admin for help.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
          2. From the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
          3. On the Budget tab, review the budget details.
            1. Get the benefits and quotes for the patient.
            2. Add benefits for the patient.
          4. Review the coverage benefits and quotes for any updates.
          5. If necessary, edit the benefits.
            1. Click Action button, and select Edit.
            2. Update the unit count for the benefit and save your changes.
            Note
            Note

            You can't edit a quote on the Budget tab. To make any changes, go to the Quote record page.

          6. If necessary, remove a benefit or quote from the budget calculation.
            1. Click Action button, and select Remove.
              A message confirming the removal appears.
            2. Click Remove.
