Review a Patient’s Medication List During a Home Visit
Use the Field Service Mobile app to review your patient’s current medication list
against their existing health conditions during a home visit. To reduce adverse reactions and
increase medication adherence, make appropriate changes to the medication regimen. You can alter
the prescription, dosage, status, and other medication information using the app.
Required Editions
During the home visit, review and verify the safety of all prescription and
over-the-counter medications in your patient’s list. By assessing and evaluating all active
medications, you can determine if they’re appropriate and effective at treating the patient’s
medical conditions and achieving care goals. Help your patients understand their medications
better and address any of their concerns.
