To schedule home visits:
Manage Home Health
The location of the user interface where you can schedule visits for approved quotes
depends on how your Salesforce admin configures your org. If you can’t find the user
interface, ask your Salesforce admin for help.
From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
From the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
On the Quote tab, select the approved quote, click , and select Schedule Home Visit.
The New Home Visit window appears with details prefilled from the quote. Also,
Home Health creates a clinical service request for the approved quote.
Review the prefilled visit details and make any changes, if necessary.
Home Health schedules the home visits and assigns care resources to the
visits.
Patients can see the scheduled visits on their Home Health portal, efficiently monitor their home
visits, and achieve an enhanced healthcare experience.
