          Update Status for Quotes Approved by Patients

          As a care coordinator, update the status of quotes after your patients review and approve the final budget. If your patient approves the budget, you can set the quote status to Approved and schedulers can subsequently initiate the home visit scheduling.

          User Permissions Needed
          To update quote status: Home Health Quote

          The location of the user interface where you can manage budgets and quotes depends on how your Salesforce admin configures your org. If you can’t find the user interface, ask your Salesforce admin for help.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
          2. From the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
          3. On the Quote tab, select the quote that you want to update.
            The Quote record page appears.
          4. On the Detailed tab, set the status of the quote to Approved.

          Schedulers can start with the home visit scheduling process for the approved quotes.
