As a care resource who’s visiting a patient’s home, verify your visit in a single step
and easily record your field activities using the Field Service Mobile app on your mobile device.
Automatic verification’s real-time monitoring helps to streamline field operations, track delivery
of care and services, and improve overall efficiency.
Required Editions
When you’re about to start or end your visit, you receive notifications on your app based
on the configurations set by your admin. If you face any difficulty in receiving notifications
for automatic verification, reach out to your admin for help.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, the
Home Health Add-on license, and the Field Service mobile app
User Permissions Needed
To verify visits automatically:
Home Health Clinician or Home Health Caregiver
Prerequisite: You must have the Field Service mobile app installed on your device.
Auto verify the start details of your visit:
Open the Field Service mobile app.
Review the notification that appears on the app when you are in the vicinity of your
patient’s home.
Tap Update Status.
The visit status changes to In Progress. The auto-verified visit start details
such as date and location are saved in the Care Service Visit record.
Auto verify the end details of your visit:
Open the Field Service mobile app.
Review the notification that appears on the app when you’ve departed your patient’s
home.
Tap Update Status.
The visit status changes to Completed. The auto-verified visit end details such as
date and location are saved in the Care Service Visit record.
It’s as simple as that! There’s no additional step involved in verifying the
visit.
