When you manually add interventions to care plans, you also specify who’s responsible
for those interventions. However, the interventions created by the Integrated Care Management work
flow are automatically assigned to you. You can delegate those interventions to care team members
from the Action Plans page.

To assign interventions to care team members
Read permission for Action Plans
Edit permission for Tasks
Read and View All Records permission for User
From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plans.
Select the action plan with the interventions that you want to delegate.
In the Tasks list, edit the intervention that you want to delegate.
Clear the value in the Assigned To field and select the user you
want to assign that intervention to.
Save your changes.
Now that you’ve delegated the appropriate tasks to your patient or member’s care team, let’s
see how you can mark the tasks still assigned to you as complete.
