As an existing provider or a non-registered provider, you can nominate another provider
to the health plan using the provider portal. Make your job easier by using the embedded forms
in the portal instead of expensive, inefficient legacy paper-driven processes.

To nominate providers:
Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
From the provider portal, click Nominate Peer Provider.
Enter basic information such as the nominated provider’s name, address, and
specialty.
Important You must enter a unique combination of first name, last name, and
email ID, or else the nomination fails. Also, ensure that the email ID isn’t associated
with an already recruited provider.
Click Nominate.
That's all! You see an acknowledgment of your nomination. Salesforce creates a lead record
for your nominated provider. Recruiting staff at the payer’s office use this lead record to
complete the provider recruiting process.
