Accept Referrals and Coordinate Care from Clinical Service Requests
Manually accept inbound referrals and then schedule appointments, complete assessments,
and coordinate other care for referred patients directly on a clinical service
request.

On the Clinical Service Request page, click Accept
Referral.
Easily identify accepted referrals by confirming that Accepted
is selected.
If you’re unable to accept a referral, ask your Salesforce admin to give you access to
the IsAccepted field on the Clinical Service Request object.
Schedule appointments, complete assessments, add care plans, enroll patients in care
programs, and launch actions directly on the clinical service request. The components
available to you depend on how your Salesforce admin customizes the clinical service
request page.
