Care metric targets represent health care goals. As an admin, you can set org-level care
metric targets that care coordinators can use as a starting point when creating targets for
specific patients. Setting
org-level
care metric targets is optional.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To create Care Metric Target records:
Edit on CareMetricTarget
From the App Launcher, find and select Care Metric Targets.
Click New.
Enter a Care Metric Target name. For example,
Daily
Exercise.
Leave the Patient field blank to make this an org-level target.
Search for and select a code set, for example, Exercise.
Search for and select a unit of measure.
Enter a start date for the target value to take effect.
Choose a type of care metric target value.
If you select MIN, MAX, or EXACT, enter a numeric value for the care metric target.
If
you select RANGE, enter upper limit and lower limit values.
If you select BOOLEAN,
select Outcome Positive.
Save your changes.
Repeat these steps for all other org-level care metric targets.
