            Compare Health Insurance Plans and Generate Quote

            To create a quote by using the guided quote flow, open the quote record and launch the Create Group Insurance Quote action.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, Digital Insurance, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To compare health insurance plans and generate quote: Digital Health Insurance for Partner Community
            1. From Setup, find and select Quotes, and select the quote.
              If you're using and Experience Cloud site, from the Quotes tab, select a quote.
            2. Click Create Group Insurance Quote.
            3. Create or select a group class.
              1. To use an existing class, select a record from the list.
              2. To create a class, click Create, and enter details such as the Name, Code, and Effective Dates.
            4. Click Next.
            5. Create or select a group census.
              1. To use an existing census, select a record from the list.
              2. To upload a census, click Upload Census, select your CSV file, and review the field mapping after the upload finishes.
              3. To add members individually, click Add Member.
            6. Click Next.
            7. To build the quote, select the catalog that is available for the group.
            8. Click Next.
            9. Add at least two products to the cart.
            10. Click Compare with Gen AI to review the plan summary and AI-generated recommendations.
            11. Review plan differences, such as monthly cost and coverage benefits.
            12. Click Back to Plan Selection.
            13. Click Save Quote.
