Note The user interface of this product is available in English only and may not be fully
supported in other languages.
From the App Launcher, find and select Disease Surveillance. On the
Case tab, select the case record you want to classify.
Open the Agentforce panel and select the agent for Public Health if it isn't selected by
default.
Click Classify Public Health Case. If you're not on the case record
page, the agent might ask you to provide the case number or case id.
Agentforce analyzes patient health data associated with the case ID and classifies
the case. You receive the case classification with a confidence score and the top predictors
supporting the output, which helps you make informed decisions.
Review the Agent's suggestion and click Update Status to update the
case classification status.
Agentforce updates the health condition record for the patient associated with the
case.
