            Epidemiologists can identify and manage disease spread by viewing contact tracing diagrams on Account record pages. Visualize how one case connects to others, uncover exposure links, and make containment decisions faster.

            To view the Account Contact Relation graph:

            Health Cloud Foundation

            AND

            Health Cloud Starter
            Note
            Note To view the disease transmission graph, you must have view access to the Contact Encounter and Contact Encounter Participant objects.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Account.
            2. Select an account to view the transmission chain.
            3. Click Contact Tracing.
              The arc diagram shows how accounts and contacts are connected.
