          Identify and Resolve Duplicate Prior Authorization Requests

          Compare the details of potential duplicates of a prior authorization request using a table and mark records as duplicates to close the associated case.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To access Data Model Object: Data Cloud User permission set
          To access Health Cloud objects: Health Cloud Foundation permission set
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Utilization Management for Payers.
          2. Open a case record page and navigate to the Related tab.
          3. Expand the Potential Duplicates section and compare the potential duplicate records identified for the case.
          4. To display all the fields, including the fields with similar values across the records, click Show All Fields at the bottom of the comparison table.
          5. To display only the fields with different values across the records, click Show Only Differing Fields at the bottom of the comparison table.
          6. Select Mark as Duplicate for the case records that you've identified as a duplicate records.
          7. Click Done.
            The status of the case records you marked as duplicate are updated to Closed.
