Get Your Org Ready for Video Visit Self-Service Video Visits Self-Service uses Omnistudio, Provider Search, Intelligent Appointment Management, Salesforce Scheduler, and Video Visits. Verify that all of these features are enabled and configured.
Connect Appointment Reasons to Engagement Channel Types Create engagement channels, such as in-person, video, and phone, that service resources can add to their shifts and work types. For self-service video appointment scheduling it’s necessary to create Engagement Channel Type records in addition to adding video to the Service Appointment default appointment.
