Providers can access this dashboard from the Case record pages. Add and apply a filter for the case record IDs to see recommendations specific to a record. The dashboard shows the services that are likely to be requested by providers and the probability of the services being requested as part of an authorization request. Understand whether the recommended services are already part of the current authorization request, have already been requested as part of an existing authorization request, or are expected to be requested in an upcoming authorization request. See the recommended services that are more than or equal to a likelihood percentage by selecting the percentage using the slider, and sort them based on their likelihood percentages.
Providers can include the recommended services in an authorization request and submit it.
