            Delete Recommendations

            You can automate the processes and the times for deleting recommendations that aren’t accepted or are ignored.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Einstein Visit Recommendations: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Visit Recommendation, and select Einstein Visit Recommendation.
            2. On the Delete expired visit recommendation after field, select the number of weeks after which recommendations in the Recommended status must be automatically deleted.
