Preview and Generate Invoices

Review upcoming invoice lines and quickly generate invoices.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Insurance Brokerage is enabled

Note If the tab isn't visible, add the component to the page using Lightning App Builder.

From the Details tab of the Original Policy, click the Name Insured field.
From the actions menu, click Preview Invoices.
Enter a Preview Date to include lines with billing dates on or before that date.
Enter Billing Periods to control how many upcoming cycles to preview.
Click Preview.
To generate the invoice(s), click Generate Invoices from the actions menu.
