Convert Negative Invoice Lines to Credit Memo Lines
Enable this setting to automatically convert negative invoice lines into credit memo lines after an invoice is posted. This behavior creates a credit memo linked to the original invoice, reverses negative amounts for accurate revenue recognition, standardizes adjustments from endorsements or cancellations, and allows credit memos to be applied to other open invoices
Document Generation
Enable this setting to generate PDF documents for invoices and invoice previews. This setting supports batch invoice generation, on-demand document creation, and invoice previews.
Configure Email Delivery Settings
Enable this setting to send emails with invoice information along with invoice PDF documents to your customers.
Select Default Email Template
Specifies the default email template to be used when sending invoice emails.
Configure Gapless Sequential Numbering for Billing
Enable this setting to apply unique, gapless sequence numbers to transaction records to ensure financial compliance and a clear audit trail. You can also mandate assigning an invoice number to every posted invoice.
Create Transaction Journals for Transactions

After enabling this setting, you must make sure that your Accounts Receivables admin creates general ledger accounts, define general ledger account assignment rules, and configure criteria for billing transactions.
