Activate Record Pages for the Unmanaged Package
Many of the pre-configured record pages are installed automatically in the unmanaged package, however, you still need to clone and activate them.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder.
- Click Lightning App Builder.
- Click Clone next to the record page name.
- Change the Label and Developer Name or use default values set by the system.
- Click Save.
- The Page Saved dialog box opens. Click Activate.
- On the Activation page, click App, Record Type, and Profile, then click Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.
- On the Select Apps window, choose the apps you want to have access to this record, then click Next.
- On the Select Form Factor window, choose the form factor that should have access to the record page, then click Next.
- On the Selected Record Types window, select all the record types you want to appear on this record's page, then click Next.
- On the Selected Profiles window, select all the user profiles you want to have access to this record, then click Next.
- On the Review Assignments window, confirm that you've made all the correct selections for this record based on your business needs, then click Save.

Repeat these steps to clone and activate all of the record pages for your org.
