            Activate Vlocity Support Processes

            Before you upgrade Insurance, activate Vlocity Support Processes.

            1. From Setup, enter Support Processes in the Quick Find box, and then select Support Processes.
            2. Next to Vlocity Support Processes, verify that Active is selected.

            3. If Vlocity Support Processes are not active:
              1. Click Edit next to Vlocity Support Processes.
              2. Select Active.

              3. Save the Support Process.
