            Update Custom Triggers for Insurance Coexistence

            Update the triggers that you use with the Insurance managed package or Insurance CRM workflows to exclude Digital Insurance records.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Digital Insurance, and Insurance CRM or the Insurance Industries and Insurance Industries Extension managed packages.

            In your existing triggers for Product, Quote, Insurance Policy, and Claim records exclude Digital Insurance records based on the record type. Alternatively, filter quotes, insurance policies, and claims based on the value of the Record Source field. The Record Source field is empty for Insurance managed package and Insurance CRM records, and has the value Digital Insurance for Digital Insurance records.

            Use similar filtering criteria when you create triggers for Digital Insurance workflows to exclude records from Insurance managed packages or Insurance CRM workflows.
