Create an Agent from the Agentforce Insurance Service Assistance Template
Use the Insurance Service Assistance template of type Agentforce Employee Agent to get
an agent up and running for your insurance reps. You can customize the template to include
subagents and actions specific to your business needs.

To create an Agentforce Employee agent:
Manage AI Agents
AND
Manage Agentforce Employee Agents
To run prompt templates:
Execute Prompt Templates user permission
From Setup, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce
Agents.
Click New Agent.
Select the Insurance Service Assistance template, and then click
Next.
Review the topic, Insurance Summarization, that comes with your template, and then click
Next.
Customize your agent, enter a company name, and then click Next.
Select a language and tone, then click Create.
From the action menu for the new agent, click Open in Builder.
In Agentforce Builder, use the Conversation Preview area to test your agent with some
utterances.
