            Insurance Service Assistance

            Provide insurance reps with summaries of policyholder portfolios, overviews of individual insurance quotes, and proof of insurance documents by using the Agentforce for Financial Services: Insurance Service Assistance AI agent. The assistance relies on the Salesforce Insurance data model. Portfolio summaries include all associated policies, assets, and coverages. Quote overviews include line items and related relationships.

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited editions with the Agentforce Employee agent add-on. The Agentforce Employee agent uses Flex Credits under the Salesforce Foundations Entitlements model.

            Note Insurance Service Assistance agents are available to Salesforce users with the DigitalInsuranceProductAdminAddOn / DigitalInsurancePolicyAdminAddOn / InsuranceProductAdministrationAddOn / InsurancePolicyAdministrationAddOn, UniversalCreditMetering, AgentforceEmployeeAgentAddOn, and EinsteinForFinancialServicesAddOn.

            Insurance Service Assistance agents enhance a rep’s efficiency and decision-making while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

            The agent template includes two topics, Insurance Summarization and Policy Servicing, and six actions, Get Insurance Quote Details, Summarize Insurance Policyholder, Fetch Asset, Fetch Participant, Fetch Policies and Generate Proof of Insurance.
