            To create an Agentforce Employee agent:

            Manage AI Agents

            AND

            Manage Agentforce Employee Agents
            To run prompt templates: Execute Prompt Templates user permission
            1. Click the Agentforce icon, and then select Insurance Service Assistance.
            2. Ask the agent questions such as these:
