          Alert Your Agents When Member Records Require Action

          Show alerts for policies and claims on the Insurance Agent Console to notify your customer service representative of changes in the records that require action. For example, show alerts for a customer policy that's due for renewal in less than 30 days.

          Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with the Insurance Industries managed.

          Who: Record alerts are available to users who are assigned the Industry Service Excellence permission set.

          Why: Customer service representatives have better control of changes related to insurance policies and claims. From the alert notification on the Insurance Agent Console, they can go directly to the related policy and claim record for more efficient servicing of customer issues.
