Billing and Payments for Vlocity Insurance Application Suite
For monthly or quarterly premium payments, you can now easily perform one-time payments. Also set up direct billing for your premium payments.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
Why: Billing and payment business processes make it easier for your policyholders to make timely premium payments. This also lets you track their payments they've made by looking at the Billing Account details.
How: This feature is built using an OmniScript that calls Omnistudio Data Mappers and Integration Procedures. You can find the OmniScripts in the OmniStudio OmniScripts Designer mode under:
