          Broker Digital Experience Site

          Broker Digital Experience Site

Your brokers and agents need access to quotes, policies, and accounts they work with to sell insurance products and manage existing policies. Use the Digital Experience template and components to get you started in building a custom Digital Experience site that meets those needs.

Where: The Broker Digital Experience Site is built on the Lightning design system; it doesn't work on Newport. If you have a Vlocity Insurance license, you can access the template and components that comprise this feature.

You get the Broker Digital Experience template by installing the Digital Experience unmanaged package. To learn how, see Install the Insurance FSC Unmanaged Package.

Who: Your Vlocity developers configure the Broker site. Brokers and agents you've granted credentials to can log on to the site.

Why: The Broker Digital Experience site lets agents and brokers who sell your insurance products access the accounts they're working on, generate quotes, sell policies, and manage existing policies.

We provide a template and a set of components to get you started. But we expect that you'll want to customize the components we provide and possibly create your own.

We left it simple because we expect you to customize it to make it your own.

How: Here's an overview of how you use the template and components to build your own Broker site:

          1. Install the Insurance FSC Unmanaged Package to get access to the Broker Experience template.
