select the Insurance Benefits Eligibility definitions on an Insurance Policy or Insurance Policy
Coverage record.

Brokerage are enabled
User Permissions Needed
To use benefit eligibility definitions:
Insurance Policy Management User
From an Insurance Policy or Insurance Policy Coverage record, on the Insurance Policy
Benefit Eligibility related list, click Define Eligibility.
From the dropdown menu, select the desired Insurance Benefits Eligibility definition.
The available eligibility definitions are pulled from Insurance Benefits Eligibility
Definitions set on the account record.
Save your work.
