          Create Picklist Values for Insurance Benefits Eligibility Definition

          Add the definitions that you want to make available for your users.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To use benefit eligibility definitions: Insurance Policy Management User
          1. From the Object Management settings for insurance benefits eligibility definition object, go to Fields & Relationships.
          2. Click Employee Type.
          3. In the Employee Type Picklist Values section, click New.
          4. Add your desired picklist values.
          5. Save your work.
          6. Similarly, add picklist values to the Eligibility Initiation Type and Eligibility Termination Type field picklists.
