To provide more granular benefit options to your users when they use group classes, map
the Insurance Benefits Eligibility definitions on an Insurance Policy or Insurance Policy Coverage
record to the relevant group classes.

Brokerage are enabled
User Permissions Needed
To use benefit eligibility definitions:
Insurance Policy Management User
To define group class eligibility at the Insurance Policy or Insurance Policy Coverage
level, add a group class to an account.
From an Insurance Policy or Insurance Policy Coverage record, on the Insurance Policy
Benefit Eligibility related list, click Define Group Class
Eligibility.
To create mappings between group classes and eligibility definitions, use the Group Class
Name and Eligibility Definition dropdown menus.
The available group classes and eligibility definitions are pulled from the account
record.
To add additional mappings, click Add.
You can associate a group class to only one eligibility definition.
Save your work.
