Preview and Generate Invoices

Review upcoming invoice lines and quickly generate invoices.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Insurance Billing and Revenue Cloud Billing add-ons

From the Details tab of the Original Policy, click the Name Insured field.
From the actions menu, click Preview Invoices.
Enter a Preview Date to include lines with billing dates on or before that date.
Enter Billing Periods to control how many upcoming cycles to preview.
Click Preview.
To generate the invoice(s), click Generate Invoices from the actions menu.
