            Update Producer Split Arrangements

            Update producer split arrangements for an account or policy. You can also update the arrangement for multiple accounts or policies in one go.

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To update producer split arrangements: Insurance Commissions Management and Insurance Brokerage User

            Update Producer Split Arrangement for an Account

            Update the producer split arrangement for an account.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To update producer split arrangement for an account: Insurance Commissions Management and Insurance Brokerage User
            1. From an account page, click the Producer Split Assignment related list.
            2. Click the action menu for the producer split arrangement record that you want to update and then click Reassign Split.
            3. In the Reassign Producer Split Arrangement window, specify the producer split arrangement and effective date, and click Next.
            4. Review the information message and click Next.
            5. Review the policies that you’re updating the split arrangement for and save your changes.
              A message confirms that the producer split arrangement is assigned.

            Update the producer split arrangement for a policy.

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled

            To update producer split arrangement for a policy: Insurance Commissions Management and Insurance Brokerage User
            1. From the list view of the Producer split Assignment related list, select the accounts or policies for which you want to update the producer.
            2. Click Reassign Producer Split Arrangement.
            3. Select the required fields.
              Producer Split Arrangement and Effective Date fields are mandatory.
            4. Review the records for which producer split arrangement is going to be updated, and save your changes.

            Update Producer Split Arrangement for Multiple Accounts and Policies

            Update Producer Split Arrangement for multiple accounts or policies.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To assign producer split arrangement to an account: Insurance Commissions Management and Insurance Brokerage User
            1. From the list view of the Producer split Assignment related list, select the accounts or policies for which you want to update the producer.
            2. Click Reassign Producer Split Arrangement.
            3. Select the required fields.
              Producer Split Arrangement and Effective Date fields are mandatory.
            4. Review the records for which producer split arrangement is going to be updated, and save your changes.
