Update Producer for Multiple Accounts or Policies

Replace an existing producer for the accounts and policies with a new producer.

Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled

User Permissions Needed
To update producer for multiple accounts or policies:	Insurance Commissions Management and Insurance Brokerage User

From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts or Insurance Policies, and then select the account or policy for which you want to add an Insurance Benefits Eligibility definition.
In the list view of the Producer Role Assignment related list, enter the name of the producer that you want to replace in the search box.
All the accounts and policies that are assigned to that producer appear.
Select the accounts or policies for which you want to update the producer.
Click Reassign Producer.
Select the required values and click Next.
Review the information message and save your changes.
If you have policies for which the commission is already processed, a warning message appears stating that the producer can't be reassigned for those policies.
