Create a root product to organize multiple coverage and benefits products into a
hierarchical structure. You can add child products beneath a bundled product. This helps you model
your products in a way that is aligned with your business needs.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Expereince
Available in: Professional, Enterprise,
and Unlimited Editions where Financial Service Cloud and Insurance
Brokerage are enabled.
From the App Launcher, enter Product Catalog in the Quick Find box,
and then select Product Catalog Management.
Select Products and then click New.
Select Product and then click Next.
Enter the product details for Employee Benefits and save your changes.
When entering product details, select the product type as Bundle and make sure you
activate the product.
After creating the root product, the Structure tab for the Employee Benefits root products
looks like this.
